SSW Management is a spin-off of Winkler Kommunikation, specialised in business consulting for public affairs, human resources, coaching, leadership consultancy and real estate. We maintain an extensive network and contacts with Swiss federal and cantonal governments and administrations, and have many years of political experience.
We also offer management services such as secretarial office, phone answering and domicile.
SSW Management GmbH was founded in 1999 to give a stronger, distinct profile to management services in the fields of individual consulting, coaching and systematised organisational and personal development

Services
In Switzerland, elections and votes take place every three months. Therefore political information campaigns are of great importance. Since the foundation of Winkler communication we are closely involved in voting campaigns. Our clients can count on a serious situation assessment as well as a special expertise. On top of that, we draw up a clear line of argument and mobilise professionals from various political levels. We naturally can ensure perfect command of publicity tools.
In the light of her science education and background Gabriela Winkler is able to deal with technically difficult and complex issues. Furthermore, as a result of her lengthy experience as a communicator, she knows how to explain complicated issues in a simple way and therefore can bring them closer to the citizens.
Big companies have high standards in society. Often, the fate of whole areas depends on their wellbeing. Changes in a company, such as relocations of manufacturing, new constructions and renovations are of public interest. Conversely, a company is strongly dependent on social trends and developments. For this reason, the acceptance of new products and research is necessary in order to secure the future of the group.
Regular contact with decision makers in politics, the cooperation with state authorities is as much important as a continuous observation of the political and social developments in a country. Companies would do well to announce their needs on time and take up their social responsibilities.
Human Centered Coaching
Over the past 20 years of my professional career as a consultant, I have repeatedly encountered situations that could not be resolved satisfactorily despite my best efforts. Particularly in the area of personal counselling and coaching, but also in self-awareness, it has become clear that people are strongly influenced by the belief-system they come from and the belief-system they live in. This has led me to attend numerous courses in the field of humanistic methods, counselling therapy and American short-term therapies: Humanistic and psychotherapeutic methods with Horst Kepka, clinical psychotherapist and Gordon trainer 1990-92. In recent years, I have completed training in the field of systemic family and organisational constellations according to Hellinger with Dr Ilse Kutschera and Helmut Eichenmüller in Wasmuthausen (Germany) and obtained a diploma as Master Practitioner DVNLP at the Core Training Centre in Ennetbaden.
